Under the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 'On Protection of Consumer Rights', you receive clear information on price, services and warranty. Payment is due at booking.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation terms depend on the service provider. Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval.

5. Travel insurance

We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, delay and liability.

6. Health and safety

Travel may involve risks such as illness, injury, weather, delays and local conditions. Check official advisories and follow safety instructions.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing limits your rights under the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
